Laure Baglinière is a doctoral candidate in law under the direction of professors Catherine Régis and Anne Laude (Paris Descartes University). Her thesis project focuses on mediation as a tool to improve the quality of healthcare. She is interested, in general, in methods of dispute prevention and resolution (DPR) in matters of healthcare from a comparative perspective (Canada, France, and the United States).
Laure Baglinière has been a member of the Barreau du Québec (Quebec bar association) since 2013.
