SUMMARY

Physician-assisted dying is now authorized in Canada. But debates on this topic are far from over. Several issues remain to be addressed, including the difficult conciliation of varying points of view on the issue, more specifically medical and legal ones. How has physician-assisted death evolved in Quebec, in Canada and abroad? What are the debates to come? These questions will be addressed by the speakers.
